A finished program. The bot is protected with PyArmor and checks its licence; source code is not handed over. Behaviour is configured in the admin panel, and anything else can be built on the REST API.

Yes. The licence does not expire. If you do not renew Premium, the bot keeps running on the installed version, without premium features and updates.

New bot builds and features: any number of plans, customer retention (message chains, A/B tests), UTM links and offline conversions to Yandex Metrica, short links on your own domain, Remnawave node masking and Xray updates on nodes, and the business robot. Managed servers and an SLA are not part of Premium; that is a separate service.

No. A licence covers one server, and the bot may not be transferred or resold to third parties without our written consent. See the licence agreement for details.

No. No percentage of revenue and no per-user fee.

In roubles by card or SBP, or in crypto: USDT, USDC, LTC, BTC and others. Licence and Premium prices exclude taxes.

For the bot, its database and Remnawave on one server: at least 6 cores, 12 GB RAM and 100 GB disk, Debian 13 and a public IP address; the server must not be in Russia. This is checked at purchase. VPN nodes go on separate servers, at any hosting you choose.

We do the installation: the bot, the panel and a basic VPN configuration, and we check payments and subscription delivery. Plans, texts, payment systems and tuning VPN against blocking are then up to you, or can be ordered from us separately.

It depends on whether the server, domain and payment systems are ready. We will give a timeline once we have seen your setup.

Yes. Moving the bot database and Remnawave by us costs €100, more for large databases. You can also move it yourself.

Four server types: Remnawave, WireGuard, AmneziaWG and Marzban, in any combination in one bot. The bot installs Remnawave and Marzban nodes itself over SSH and deploys its own agent for WireGuard and AmneziaWG. The HWID device limit works with Remnawave. Marzban works, but the panel itself is outdated, with no releases since January 2025, so we recommend Remnawave for new projects.

Eighteen integrations: YooKassa, FreeKassa, Wata, Platega, PayPear, 1Payment, CardLink, PayPalych, Lava, SeverPay, EtoPlatezhi, Stripe, Tribute, CryptoBot, Cryptomus, Heleket, 2328, Telegram Stars. 25 payment methods in total: cards, SBP, crypto and Telegram Stars. You enable the ones you need in the admin panel; the keys and merchant accounts are yours.

The bot speaks Russian out of the box; another language is added by uploading a translation file (.po) in the admin panel. The mini app and web cabinet come in Russian, English and Polish, and so do the emails.

Through the REST API. Integrations with external sites are done by separate agreement, after we have seen the site code and a description of the task. A ready customer cabinet on the API is part of the licence with website; its demo is at demo-app.forestsnet.com.

Yes, during working hours and as far as we can. Clients on the managed service come first: their response times are in the contract.
