Terms of Use

This Agreement governs the use of any products and services provided by ForestsNet LTD, including VPN services, hosting, software, and other digital services (hereinafter — the "Services").

By registering or using any of the Services, the user confirms their unconditional acceptance of the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree — please cease using the Services immediately.

This Agreement applies to all users: individuals, sole traders, and organisations.

When using ForestsNet LTD Services, the following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Conducting DDoS attacks or other attacks on third-party infrastructure.
• Distributing malware, viruses, trojans, or spyware.
• Sending spam or unsolicited bulk messages.
• Phishing, fraud, theft of personal data or credentials.
• Hosting or distributing illegal content, including content prohibited under UK law or international regulations.
• Infringing copyrights or intellectual property rights of third parties.
• Reselling access to the Services without written permission from ForestsNet LTD.
• Using the Services for any other unlawful activity.

Violation of these rules results in immediate termination of access without refund.

The user bears full responsibility for the security of their account, including the protection of passwords and credentials.

• Sharing account access with third parties is strictly prohibited.
• The user is responsible for all actions performed using their account.
• In the event of account compromise or suspected unauthorised access, the user must immediately notify support.
• ForestsNet LTD bears no liability for damages resulting from unauthorised use of the user's account.

Payment for the Services is made in advance in accordance with the selected pricing plan.

A refund may be issued within 24 hours of the first activation of the Service if there is a technical inability to use it due to ForestsNet LTD's fault, as confirmed by the support team.

• After 24 hours, refunds are issued at the company's discretion and only with valid justification.
• No refund will be issued in cases where the user has violated the terms of this Agreement.
• No refund is provided for the unused portion of a paid period upon voluntary cancellation.

The Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE".

ForestsNet LTD shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Services.
• Loss of data, loss of profits, loss of revenue, or damage to business reputation.
• Service interruptions caused by force majeure, third-party actions, or scheduled maintenance.

ForestsNet LTD's aggregate liability to the user shall in no event exceed the total amount paid by the user over the preceding 12 months.

The processing of users' personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy, available at /privacy.

• Personal data is not shared with third parties without the user's explicit consent.
• Exceptions apply where required by UK law or mandatory regulatory requirements.
• Users may request access, correction, or deletion of their data by contacting support.

ForestsNet LTD reserves the right to unilaterally amend this Agreement at any time.

• For material changes, users will be notified at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
• Continued use of the Services after publication of changes constitutes automatic acceptance of the updated Agreement.
• The current version of the Agreement is always available at ForestsNet.com.

If you do not accept the updated terms, please cease using the Services and notify support.

ForestsNet LTD reserves the right to unilaterally suspend or fully terminate a user's access to the Services in the event of a breach of this Agreement.

• No refund will be issued upon termination due to violations.
• The company is not required to give advance notice of suspension in case of violations.
• Users may cease using the Services at any time by notifying support.

• This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
• All disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
• ForestsNet LTD is incorporated in the United Kingdom (Company No. 16720670).
• Prior to litigation, the parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiations for 30 days.
